About The Event

Having the entire team at your law firm immersed in elder law is a recipe for success. This goes beyond the attorneys. Equip the support staff with education they need to provide premium services to your clients and a better work-product for you.

The non-attorneys in a firm are a valuable resource. By attending the Elder Law Immersion Camp for Non-Attorneys, they will have the knowledge they need to help your firm rise to the top!

Topics covered:

  • How to utilize ElderDocx® design sheets for drafting documents
  • Proactive and crisis planning case studies
  • How to draft a Medicaid Asset Protection Letter and Medicaid Asset Protection Trust
  • Trust administration

Attendees will leave with legal-technical knowledge and be armed with tools to make your office more efficient.

This non-attorney event takes place at the same time of the Elder Law Immersion and Practice-Building Camp. Have your entire team benefit from the professional development offered during these courses. You'll create a powerhouse that is on the same page and efficient going forward.
